North San Diego company has part-full time positions for Web Developers and tech support to be part of a team tasked with designing, implementing, and supporting dynamic web applications. Development includes creating new software product modules, enhancing existing web applications and integrating with external technology partners. Candidate will work closely with project and product managers, production personnel, and QA. Candidate will also be responsible for the support of existing web applications and will be responsible for research and testing of new web technologies and techniques.

Current modules under development for CRM:
Enhanced Reports module
Converting current scripting for use on PDA and Mobil phones
Importing cart orders to quick books
CRM & Shopping cart enhancements

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for interpreting new business and functional requirements to create reliable web applications
• Analyzing, designing and implementing enhancements to existing web applications as defined by business requirements
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and enhancing existing code to comply with industry best practices
•
• Documenting code and developing comprehensive unit test plans
• Providing training to both technical and non-technical staff

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have 4 - 5 years experience in Web development using the LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
• Experienced in PHP /MySql and some scripting in Ajax, java, Flash, perhaps windows mobile
• Must have experience with MySQL, query optimization, including performance tuning
• Must have thorough knowledge of Web Standards (HTML, XHTML, CSS, Javascript, XML, XSL, Web Services)
• Experience developing AJAX interactive web applications
• Knowledge of Software Development LifeCycle Tools
– source control, bug tracking, etc.
