'Required' Technical Skills:
* 3 - 5+ years of web application development experience
* 2 - 4+ years of PHP experience (expert knowledge)
* Strong development experience in fast time to market, internet environments using SDLC
* Strong JavaScript background
* Experienced with MySQL
* Must be able to proficiently code in an object-oriented manner using all of the OOP constructs that are part of PHP 5, but which were not part of PHP 4
* Must be proficient with DOM scripting using JavaScript
* Able to hand-code in XHTML
* Ability to follow development team coding standards
* Must understand what code profiling is and some tools for doing so in PHP
* Knowledge of HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, and CSS
* Proficient in developing and reviewing functional requirements and code documentation
* Familiar with version control systems such as Subversion

"Plus" Skills:

* Familiarity with Zend Studio IDE
* Zend Studio Framework
* Understanding of MVC
* Experience using Subversion and TortoiseSVN
* Familiarity with PDO
* Familiarity with UML (class diagrams specifically)
