Required 'Technical' Skills:

* Experience in server side development in php, perl, or java is required
* RDBS schema design and implementation (MySQL preferred)
* Experience in OOP in C++/Java or other object oriented language required - essentially somebody with extensive knowledge of object oriented programming techniques and design pattern implementation
* Experience working with open source packages on Linux servers a plus
* Knowledge of video encoding a big plus but not required
